Quang Tri and Quang Ngai are two provinces in the project area with more than 50,000 people with disabilities and are considered as one of the most vulnerable groups and are particularly interested in natural disasters. In the context of increasingly severe and abnormal natural disasters, the application of science and technology in the field of natural disaster prevention and control is being paid attention by agencies and units of natural disaster prevention and control, especially equipment like UAV and Drones which helps monitor, supervise, direct and respond to disaster response, dikes quickly and effectively. However, in order to ensure the safety of using Flycam, capable of handling incidents when emergencies occur, each person needs to master basic knowledge, basic professional skills and practical experience.
