Attending and speaking at the opening ceremony of the training course, Mr. Tran Thanh Man, Deputy Head of the Department of Irrigation and Disaster Prevention, emphasized the importance of oral communication in disaster prevention and control work, and at the same time directed and thoroughly grasped the learning spirit of the trainees.
