The Congress is an important political event, marking a new step in the development of Party building work in the unit. The Congress takes place in an atmosphere where the entire Party, people and army are striving to achieve achievements to celebrate the country's major holidays.
Pursuant to Plan No. 55-KH/DU dated April 17, 2025 of the Party Committee of the Department of Dyke Management and Natural Disaster Prevention and Control and the Plan to organize the Party Congress of the Department (term 2025-2030) and the congresses of affiliated Party cells (term 2025-2027) towards the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, term 2025-2030, the Party Congress of the Center for Policy and Techniques for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control for the term 2025-2027 will be held on May 19, 2025 at the Center for Policy and Techniques for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control - No. 54, Lane 102, Truong Chinh, Dong Da, Hanoi.
During the past term, the Center's Party Cell has promoted the spirit of solidarity, proactiveness, creativity, and led the unit to successfully complete the assigned political tasks. Party building work is focused on, Party cell activities are gradually improved in quality, creating a solid foundation for all professional activities.
The Central Party Cell Congress for the 2025 - 2027 term is a broad political activity among Party cell cadres and members; summarizing the implementation of the Resolution of the Congress for the 2022-2025 term; determining the directions, goals, tasks, and solutions for the 2025-2027 term; discussing and contributing opinions to the draft documents of the 14th Party Congress and the documents of the Party Congress of the Department for the 2025-2030 term; approving the personnel of the Party Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell for the 2025-2027 term, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congress at higher levels, the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress; building a clean and strong Party Cell and unit in all aspects.
