Conference overview
On behalf of the conference Mr/Ms Nguyen Phuong Nam – Deputy Director of the Center presented a summary report of the first 6 months of 2021 and implementation of some key tasks in the last 6 months of 2021. In the first 6 months of the year, The Center has implemented all areas: performing tasks assigned by the General Department, activities from service contracts and strengthening the Center's organization. With the close direction of the General Department's leaders and the close coordination of units inside and outside the General Department, the leadership team and all officials and employees of the Center have made basic efforts to complete the task. successfully complete the tasks and plans set out in the first 6 months of 2021
The Center's key tasks in the last 6 months of the year: Developing the Center's development strategy according to the functions and tasks assigned in Decision No. 346/QD-PCTT dated July 1, 2020; Implement a communication plan to promote the Center's brand, especially in terms of design consultancy, training, technology application and data management; Develop and implement product contract regulations in a public and clear direction to promote employees to improve productivity and efficiency, and gradually increase incomes for employees; Coordinating with the General Department's Office, organizing the recruitment exam for public employees in 2021 in accordance with regulations; Completing the construction of 03 economic-technical norms; Completion of the Project: Proposing mechanisms and policies to mobilize social resources to proactively prevent and combat natural disasters and adapt to climate change for sustainable new rural construction; review TCVN 9001-2014 and TCVN 8419:2010; Implement training services, training on disaster prevention in provinces/cities; Consulting for the preparation of disaster prevention plans for the period of 2021-2025 for provinces/cities; Consulting on modernization of the Standing Offices of the Executive Committee of Disaster Prevention and Control and Technology in localities; Consulting, surveying, construction design, testing, quality control of works...,

Speaking at the conference, representatives of leaders of units under the General Department had comments, clarified the tasks performed by the Center and made recommendations and suggestions to better perform the tasks in the field. The last 6 months of 2021 and the following years.
Concluding the conference, Deputy Director General Vu Xuan Thanh recognized, praised and highly appreciated the results achieved by the Center in the first 6 months of the year. At the same time, the Deputy Director General requested the Center to soon review the Party's work, perfect the regulations on contracting products, focus on directing the financial and accounting work to ensure compliance with regulations; consulting services ensure on schedule and quality.
