Speaking at the opening of the Contest, Mr. Nguyen Van Tien - Deputy Chief of the Standing Office of the National Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control, Deputy Director of the Department of Dyke Management and Natural Disaster Prevention and Control - said: Vietnam is one of the 5 countries most heavily affected by natural disasters and climate change. With increasingly unusual and fierce developments, natural disasters have caused increasing damage to people's lives, property, livelihoods and production, in which children are one of the vulnerable groups. most loving. Through the contest, it will create a useful and healthy playground, promote awareness of learning natural disaster prevention knowledge for students, and attract the attention of authorities and schools at all levels in prevention work. , preventing natural disasters, contributing to the effective implementation of Decision No. 553/QD-TTg dated April 6, 2021 of the Prime Minister on Approving the Project "Raising public awareness and managing natural disaster risks based on into the community, by 2030".

Participating in the contest with the participation of 100 students from Giang Ma Secondary School, they had to go through a set of 20 questions revolving around the topic of natural disaster prevention and response to climate change. During the contest, contestants have the right to help from teachers through the relief ball passing and relief plane competitions.

At the end of the Contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 01 First Prize, 02 Second Prizes, 02 Third Prizes, 08 Consolation Prizes and 01 collective prize for the class with the most students passing the most questions, 01 additional prize for the class most enthusiastic supporters. In addition, the Organizing Committee gave gifts to 100 contestants participating in the Contest.


Contestant Ma A Dinh, class 9A1, Giang Ma Secondary School excellently passed 22 questions from the Organizing Committee and became the honored person to ring the golden bell.
