In order to support agencies and units to use flycam safely and effectively in disaster prevention,Disaster Prevention Policy and Technology Center has organized training courses on flight safety for flycam for disaster prevention in Hanoi.

The training course was attended by participants who were officers from the Department of Dykes and Flood Control in Hanoi, Son La, Phu Tho, Thai Binh and Lao Cai. After 3 days of training, participants were instructed on basic knowledge about unmanned aerial vehicles such as the structure and application of each type of flycam currently on the market and the equipment that Vietnam Disaster Management Authority is using, advantages and disadvantages of each type of device.
