The Meeting was chaired by Dr. Vu Kien Trung - Deputy Director of DMC. Some results of CBDRM activities were shared with the following contents:
- Regional Review of Policy and Practice Supporting Implementation of Community-Based Interventions to Strengthen Disaster Resilience in Southeast Asia – Mr. Duong Van Hung, Consultant UNDP.
- Dhaka Conference on Disability and Disaster Risk Management Dhaka, Bangladesh, December 12 -14, 2015 – Ms. Phung Thuy Phuong, Masteler International.
- Introduction of DMCweb and database of Program 1002- Mr. An Quang Hung, Acting Head of Geoinformatics Division, DMC.
- Consultant request to revise and modify Program 1002 as the instruction No 03 of Prime Minister – Mr. Nguyen Huynh Quang, Head of CBDRM Division, DMC.
After the presentations, participants discussed to enhance the operational efficiency of organizations in the implementation of Program 1002 as well as ensured that the contributions of NGOs for capacity building activities at community and community based disaster risk management in Vietnam are recognized and fully updated.

Participants agreed that in the next meeting, scheduled April 2016, will focus on modifying Program 1002 to meet the current situation.
