I. Development
- On the morning of July 4, the low pressure area in the northeastern sea of ​​the North East Sea strengthened into a tropical depression.
- At 07:00 on July 4, the center of the tropical depression was at about 20.0 degrees North latitude; 119.0 degrees East longitude. The strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression was level 6 (39-49km/h), gusting to level 8; moving in the West Northwest direction at a speed of about 10km/h.
- On the night of July 4, the low pressure area in the northeastern sea of ​​the North East Sea strengthened into a storm, storm number 02 in 2025.
- At 01:00 on July 5, the center of the storm was at about 20.1 degrees North latitude; 117.9 degrees East longitude. The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 8 (62-74km/h), gusting to level 10; moving in the West Northwest direction at a speed of 5-10km/h.
- On the evening of July 6, storm No. 2 left the East Sea.
- At 10:00 p.m., the center of the storm was at about 23.5 degrees North latitude; 120.0 degrees East longitude, on the western coastal area of ​​Taiwan Island (China). The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 12 (118-133km/h), gusting to level 15; moving in the North Northeast direction, at a speed of about 20-25km/h.

II. COMMAND AND RESPONSE WORK
