Mr. Bế Văn Tiệp, Deputy Director of the Agricultural Service Center of Sìn Hồ District, Lai Châu Province, stated: “The center has sent staff to the local communes; coordinating with the People's Committees of the communes and towns to check, urge, promote, and guide residents to prepare tarps, sacks, and panels to shield livestock shelters from wind and rain, ensuring that the shelters are dry and warm, and moving livestock from high areas to lower areas to avoid the cold.”
