The North, the North Central Coast and Tay nguyen are cold, some places are so cold and harmful for people and animals

10:25:52, 07/12/2020 According to the National Center for Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting, the North and North Central regions continue to be cold, some places are very cold, high mountains are somewhere below 10 degrees Celsius, careful about frost
Due to the influence of cold air, during the day and night of December 7, the North East Sea area (including the waters of the Hoang Sa archipelago) and the sea area from Binh Dinh to Ca Mau had strong northeastern winds at level 6. level 8; the northern sea area in the middle of the East Sea strong northeast winds rising to level 6, level 7-8,  sea waves from 2.0 to 4.0 m high.

Beside, due to the influence of cold air combined with the low pressure trench analyzed above, the sea area from Quang Ngai to Ca Mau, the area between and the South East Sea (including the sea areas of Truong Sa archipelago) had rain and scattered thunderstorms. During a thunderstorm, there is a possibility of tornadoes and strong winds.

The weather in Hanoi capital is sunny day, night does not rain. Northeast wind level 2-3. It was cold. Lowest temperature 12-14 degrees C, highest temperature 22-24 degrees C.

The Northwest provinces are cloudy, sunny day and night with little rain in some places. The weather is very cold, cold harm. High mountains need to be awared of  and frost. Lowest temperature 12-15 degrees C, some places below 10 degrees C. Highest temperature 21-24 degrees C.

Provinces in the Central region from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien - Hue are cloudy, some places rain in the North; The south has scattered rain. North to northwest winds are level 2-3. Bright and freezing nights. Lowest temperature 15-18 degrees C, some places above 18 degrees C, highest temperature 21-24 degrees C, some places over 24 degrees C.

Provinces from Da Nang to Binh Thuan in the North are cloudy, with rain; The south is cloudy, rain and thunderstorms in some places. Northeast wind level 3. It is cold in the North. The lowest temperature in the North is 20-22 degrees C, the South 22-24 degrees C, the highest temperature 23-26 degrees C, the South 27-30 degrees C.

The Central Highlands and the South are cloudy, sunny day, evening, and at night there are showers and thunderstorms in some places. Northeast wind level 2-3. Freezing morning and night. The lowest temperature is 16-19 degrees Celsius, the highest temperature is 25-28 degrees Celsius. The lowest temperature is 21-24 degrees Celsius, the highest temperature 29-32 degrees C, some places are over 32 degrees C.
