The strongest wind in the area near the center of the tropical depression is strong at level 6 (40-50 km/h), level 8 shock.
It is forecasted that in the next 12 hours, the tropical depression will move in the northwest-northwest direction, at 10-15 km per hour, entering Khanh Hoa and then weakening into a low pressure area.

In order to respond to tropical storms and floods, the Khanh Hoa Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control and Search and Rescue has issued a public message and directed the People's Committees of districts, towns, cities, departments, branches and agencies. Agencies and units in the province implement response measures.
Khanh Hoa province calls on ships fishing at sea to come ashore and have a plan to ensure safety. Thousands of people who are raising aquatic products in cages were also informed and brought to shore for safe shelter.
By the morning of October 27, about 200 hectares of rice in Van Ninh district, Ninh Hoa were flooded, the damage has not been determined.
