In their brand-new homes, still smelling of fresh paint, Mr. Phe and Mr. Ca are the first families in Son Hoa commune, in the eastern part of Dak Lak province, to experience this joyous occasion. With an area of 44 square meters and a value of 170 million VND, fully funded by the government, this is not just a construction project, but a real-life miracle for those who never dared to dream of having such a large sum of money to build a house.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Phe arranged incense and flowers to offer to his ancestors in his new house.
Deeply moved by the concern shown by the Party and the State, Mr. Nguyen Ca and Mr. Phe choked up as they shared: “We are so happy, our old house was destroyed, and now we have a new one. We, two old people, didn't know when we would ever have enough money to build a house like this. Thanks to the concern of the Party and the State, and the Prime Minister, the project was supposed to take 45 days, but thanks to the division's help, we completed it ahead of schedule. We were lying here thinking we would never have a house. Thank you to the Party, the State, the Government, and the army.”

Mr. Nguyen Ca's family is happy in their new home.
To achieve that happiness, thousands of soldiers' uniforms were soaked under the harsh sun and rain. With a spirit of rapid construction, the officers and soldiers of the 10th Division, 34th Corps, coordinated with the local authorities, working selflessly day and night.
Lieutenant Colonel Dang Thanh Tuyen, Deputy Political Commissar of the 10th Division, 34th Corps, Ministry of National Defense, shared: “During the implementation process, the soldiers demonstrated a high sense of responsibility and effort, working from morning to night, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. In rainy and windy weather conditions, we arranged for tarpaulins to be erected so that the soldiers could work on suitable tasks.”

The police force of Dak Lak province is responsible for building 176 new houses.
"The Quang Trung Campaign" was not only characterized by the iron discipline of the armed forces, but also by stories of individuals setting aside personal matters to prioritize the peace and security of the people. Among them was Major Nguyen Van Truong of the 15 Coffee Company Limited. Major Truong explained that the campaign was launched during the peak of the coffee harvest season for his unit and family. Torrential rains caused the coffee cherries to fall from the trees, necessitating an early harvest, but he put everything aside.
"We might lose the coffee crop this year, but we can recover next year. However, if the people are delayed even one day without a place to settle down and make a living, it will be very difficult. Therefore, I am determined to help the people as quickly as possible so that they can have a home as soon as possible," Major Truong added.
