Due to the influence of typhoon No. 13, Road 71 from Phong Xuan commune, Phong Dien district to Rao Trang 3 hydropower plant, Thua Thien Hue province appeared some landslides.
At least 26 people have been killed by typhoon Vamco, while thousands of homes have been submerged due to flooding, although water has begun to recede in some of the hurricane's heavily affected areas.
