The results of phase 1, take water Winter-Spring crop 2015 - 2016 in the Midland region and the Northern Delta

15:37:16, 14/06/2016 After more than four days, the hydropower reservoirs in the Northern region was discharged 1.52 billion m3 of water, ensured sufficient water resources to local authorities in the regions get water on 314,000 hectares, reached 50% of the target, 1.5 days as short as plan.

According to the plan, Phase 1 took water for 2015 - 2016 winter-spring crop, the region Midlands, North Delta implemented in 6 days, from 0:00am on January 21st  to 24:00pm on January 26th, 2016. The total discharge amount of hydroelectric reservoirs reached about 1.52 billion m3.

After phase 1 ending, the exploiting irrigation work companies continue operated the pump system from inland rivers, canals, irrigation reservoirs water resources and take advantage of tides ensuring increased by approximately 10-15% compared with the end of Phase 1.
